Simon Hesketh

Overview
On leaving Brighton University with a degree in Business Studies, Simon joined Nestlé UK, working his way up to manage the marketing of Lean Cuisine, Nestlé’s biggest frozen food brand, overseeing its most successful year ever.
On moving to Groupe Pernod Ricard he manages a major relaunch of Pernod after which he took over the responsibility for the group’s Scotch Whisky portfolio worldwide, managing Clan Campbell to annual sales of over 1 million cases.
After eight years at Pernod-Ricard he was invited to join the packaging design agency Pearlfisher as Marketing and Strategy Director. In his two years there the agency doubled in size. He then joined a consumer PR agency, Revolver, tasked with setting the company up to be sold and then facilitating its successful sale.
Following these successes, he set up Tigermarque, a marketing consultancy, helping numerous brands and organisations across many different sectors grow. Latterly he has helped companies put together a plan to achieve net zero.
Simon has been mentoring CEOs for five years and is a mentor for the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
He is a non-executive director for a group of schools for children with severe learning disabilities.
