Biography
Ms. Devaki Naik is the Founder of Naik Forensic Consulting and Services, a boutique firm specializing in areas of risk management, compliance and financial investigations.
She has more than 5 years of experience including investigation assignments pertaining to frauds such as embezzlement of funds, manipulation of financial statements and allegations of money laundering. She works closely with Financial Institutions, Law Firms, Enforcement Agencies, Business Organizations, and Private Equity Firms to address their challenges related to financial investigations.
She has a Graduate Degree from New York in Forensic Accounting with a specialization in Analysis of White-Collar Crimes and also holds a Master’s Degree in Criminology from the National Institute of Criminology.
She is also associated with National College, Mumbai as a Visiting Faculty for subjects of Industrial Law and Business Law.
