Bhavani, has over 18 years of overall experience in corporate law. She is a Partner at R&A Associates an integrated secretarial and legal firm which is in existence for past 25 + years handling complete secretarial and legal solutions to the clientele.
Bhavani is also the Founder of Reach Global, an integrated secretarial, legal, accounting and taxation firm incubated two years ago which provides startup services and solutions, Transaction related advisory and consultancy. She has built Reach Global which comprises of experienced professionals from CS, CA and Legal background to help deliver suitable structural and investment solutions related to the Investment fraternity.
